What it does
Wialon Retranslator is how a Wialon server (Wialon Hosting or Local) forwards its units' messages to another server: a fleet moving to ZAITRACK keeps its trackers on Wialon and has Wialon retranslate them here. Each packet names its unit and carries its position, inputs and named parameters; each is confirmed. One way: no commands. Once installed, the console shows the host and port to give the Wialon server.
